St. Gobain Design Hub Competition 2010

Below is the design for the st. Gobain Design Hub Competition, which aimed at developing sustainable buildings within out urban environments. The design aims to achieve a productive urban landscape through the application of a 2nd skin structure. The new structure allows for a climatically responsive green skin which allows for vertical urban agriculture within the skin.

The design focuses on the triple bottom line principles to achieve a truly sustainable building typology.
